Oh, JOY!
So, within minutes of my last post, I heard the familiar roar of FedEx diesel. I opened my front door, and to my surprise lay a brown box full of Wolf 7.62 Tokarev ammunition for my CZ-52!!! Happy, I am. I quickly loaded seven rounds into the magazine and cycled them through the CZ without issue (I was kinda worried about the extractor). For the record, those rounds look strange to me. The cartridge looks identical to a 9mm Luger up until where the Luger would crimp the bullet; then it necks down to accept a .30 caliber bullet and is a full 6mm longer overall. I can't wait to shoot this thing!
The Mosin ammo is due to arrive Wednesday, so I'm patiently awaiting that.
In other Mosin news, total clean metal parts (completely stripped, cleaned, lubed, and reassembled) now include the entire bolt assembly, the mag body/trigger guard, and the floorplate/follower assembly. Tonight we begin deconstruction and cleaning of the receiver/barrel assembly.
I did get some help, though. After looking for entirely too long, I found an original Mosin-Nagant cleaning kit at Amazon, of all places. The kit includes the necessary tool for guaging firing pin depth.
More to come...

Looking forward to checking it out!
Nifty. Is there any way to reload for it? I shoot one-a those esoteric calibers myself, but lucky for me there are more than a few devotees of the 10mm.
tweaker,
if you go over and read my post about getting ready for the meet, you'll notice that i bought some 7.62x25 and some 7.62x54R for shooting in your guns.
I'll be bringing 50 brass cases for that 7.62x25 (assuming we shoot the whole box!)
I can't wait.

Here is a link you may find useful...

I have several of these Mosin rifles and think they are pretty cool...haven't fired any of them, but the recoil is supposed to be pretty stout. Also, be sure you are using modern ammo, surplus ammo can be corrosive. The rifles sights are set with the bayonet attached, so shooting it without it will change the point of impact.
